Ultradeep Technology
SM2 operates in “deep waters” of up to 4km and at “ultra-deep” depths somewhere in the region of 4-6km. Our team uses ROV’s (Remote Operated Vehicles) to work at these staggering depths.
Seabed Minerals
At SM2 we are combining our vast knowledge of seabed minerals along with our subsea investigations to extract both minerals and metals from the seafloor for use in the modern world.
Site Investigations
Our tenements cover approximately 175,000 square kilometers of prospecting license applications. Our strategic intent is to generate revenue from our licensed tenement areas.

Mineral Basics
Over millions of years, geological processes have led to the formation of the landscape that we see today. By investigating the geology around the world, we can create a timeline of the Earth’s evolution, which helps us understand the processes that are occurring at this moment in time. At SM2, we are combining this knowledge with subsea investigation to extract minerals and metals from the seafloor for use in the modern world.
